The 100

It’s minutes to midnight on a Sunday and I am on my way back home from shooting the latest episode of my challenge series with my brother, Toby. The idea is we just try to do something new every week, and it can be really anything from making clothes to eating the hottest wings in the city or even blind baking as we did tonight. And this is going to sound strange but I am not doing this for you or the views, mostly I am doing this because I want to have memories and moments I can look back at and enjoy. Don’t get me wrong though, if we entertain along the way and we get a crowd, that would be a nice bonus on the rewarding process of this series in general. 

My goal is get to 100 different videos. 

I mean wouldn’t that be something to look back on, 100 different challenges completed. And it’s not impossible, it’s hard and can be a challenge but certainly not impossible. A big reason to attempt this is because I want you to make and upload 100 videos, maybe cooking or baking or even walks in the park or coffee shops around your city. I want you to look and see how amazing your life is and to share that experience with others. There are a billion stories being told everyday, each unique and just as special as the next. 

I better wrap this up, I am back on the grind tomorrow morning! I just want to wish the best kind of energy for everyone starting the week, go get your goals and do the best work you can! I got Free Comic Book Day coming up this weekend in Orangeville and the RAW artist show on the 23rd & 24th this month. Hey guys, I wanted to post this video up that my best friend did here. Here we see Toby present his latest batch of art store purchases, you get to see some really great items. Let's Riot!

So it goes without saying, it was a riot! An incredible day with amazing performances by some of my favourite bands, incredible food and great company, thanks to my best bro, Toby! I haven't been to show like this, let alone a concert in ages, so this was pretty awesome. I also got to see for the first time, Death Cab for Cutie, one of my favourite bands which I had not seen live, so that feels good to mark off my list. Although I would definitely go see them again, an hour set list isn't enough for me. I loved Tokyo Police Club, Metric and City & Colour performances, it shows a great strength in the current Canadian music scene. To any readers out of Canada, check these guys out for sure, some great music to be found here.

I could try and describe my day for you guys, but as they say a picture is worth a thousand words...

It's been a long day but it was well worth it, ready to take on this week ahead at full force. Rock on Storm Clouds and keep chasing the storm! 

Be Awesome...

Toby...basically Flounder but more sassy.

So I am doing some plugging here today in this post, and this one is for a very dear friend of mine, my little twin, Toby. To start off, there aren't enough words to describe this little gentlemen, but he is my ultimate bro, the Finn to my Jake, he is the guy who is always ready to help and ready to make things happen. At this day and age, you don't find many people like that and I for one and some glad to have Toby there for me as my best friend. We both have a long way to go in our art journeys, but I am happy to be there for him. For those of you in the Toronto area, be sure to go down to the Silver Snail, not only will Toby be there drawing and selling some incredible art, he will be joined by the great and talented Kevin Briones and Paul (Becarepaul) Limgenco. So go get some new releases and be sure to take advantage of all the great artist that will be available. But for those of you outside of Toronto and all over the world reading this, let me share with you a collection of Toby's work and all the links so you can follow him and share some love.
